Task Manage (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a property management platform operated by Arizona Web Design. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our service at taskmanage.net (the “Service”).

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password
  • Property information: addresses, floor plans, unit details, and descriptions
  • Tenant information: names, contact details, lease terms, and payment amounts
  • Maintenance records: task descriptions, photos, and notes
  • Files and documents you upload to the Service

Information collected automatically:

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps
  • Error and performance data via Sentry (see Section 5)
  • Session replay recordings when errors occur (anonymized where possible)

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Send transactional emails (task assignments, lease alerts, invitations)
  • Detect and fix errors and performance issues
  • Respond to support requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted in the United States. Uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

We implement industry-standard security practices, but no system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

6. Tenant Data

Landlords who use Task Manage may input personal information about their tenants. By using the Service, landlords agree they have the legal right to store and process this data and are responsible for complying with applicable landlord-tenant and privacy laws in their jurisdiction.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated data (available in Account Settings)
  • Export your data
  • Object to certain processing

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data and all associated property, tenant, and maintenance records are permanently deleted within 30 days. Backups are purged on a rolling 30-day cycle.

9. Cookies

We use session cookies required for authentication (NextAuth.js). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but the Service will not function without session cookies.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us immediately.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice in the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
