Create a tenant profile, set lease dates, rent amount, and deposit. Send a portal invitation with one click. They log in, view their lease, and can submit maintenance requests immediately.

Receive & Route Maintenance Requests

The moment a tenant submits a request you get an alert by email and in-app. Review it in your maintenance dashboard, add your notes, convert it to a work order, and assign it to a contractor.
